Internal Team Member Management

1 Introduction

Manage the members of the team, assign relevant management permissions to management-level members, and facilitate the quick addition of members who need to participate in order collaboration tasks in SCCS later.

2 Invite Members

2.1 Administrators Send Invitations

Team administrators (i.e., members with "Team Settings" permission) can invite other members to join the team. Invitations are sent to members via email with an invitation link, and the email address serves as the member's login account. Inviting multiple members at once is supported.

The invited member will receive an invitation notification email in their mailbox:

  • If the member's account is unregistered: Click the link in the email to complete registration first; after logging in, they will enter the workbench of the joined team.
  • If the account is already registered: Click the link to jump to the Linkincrease login page; after logging in, they will enter the workbench of the joined team.

3 Set Team Roles for Members

In addition to managing member roles on the "Team Role Management" page, the role of each member can also be modified individually in the member list. The role of each member can be left blank or multiple roles can be selected:

  • Left blank: The member has no management permissions within the team but can participate in business collaboration;
  • Multiple selection: The member has the permissions of multiple roles at the same time.
